Kyra Wiens

Kyra Wiens is a professional triathlete and yoga teacher who lives and trains in Tacoma, Washington. She’s twice represented the USA at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, first in 2018 in South Africa and again in 2019 in France. She’s also finished three Ironman races, most recently with a podium finish of 9 hours and 56 minutes at Ironman Mont-Tremblant. Her vision is be an ambassador for triathlon and to inspire and encourage women who want to change their lives through sport. Kyra is also an Air Force wife and the “bonus” mom for two amazing kids. She graduated from Brown University, holds an MPA from UNC-Chapel Hill, and sometimes publishes flash fiction.
